Weather Policy\u003Cbr\u003E\nClasses are conducted outdoors and may be affected by weather conditions.\u003Cbr\u003E\nThe Head Coach will assess the actual weather conditions on the day of the class and notify participants of any postponement as early as possible.\u003Cbr\u003E\nClasses postponed due to weather conditions will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date and time, subject to coach and class availability.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E3. Make-Up Class Policy\u003Cbr\u003E\nIf a participant is unable to attend a class due to personal reasons, one complimentary make-up session may be arranged.\u003Cbr\u003E\nMake-up classes are subject to prior approval, coach availability, class capacity, and a mutually agreed schedule.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E4. Parent or Guardian Participation\u003Cbr\u003E\nSelected sessions may require parent or guardian participation.\u003Cbr\u003E\nOnly registered participants and assigned parents or guardians are permitted inside designated activity areas.\u003Cbr\u003E\nParents or guardians must follow all instructions provided by coaches, lifeguards, and staff at all times.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E5. Safety \u0026amp; Conduct\u003Cbr\u003E\nParticipants must follow the instructions of coaches, lifeguards, and staff at all times.\u003Cbr\u003E\nUnsafe behavior, including but not limited to running, pushing, rough play, or refusing to follow safety instructions, is strictly prohibited.\u003Cbr\u003E\nThe management reserves the right to remove any participant from a session if their behavior may affect their own safety or the safety of others.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E6. Prohibited Items and Activities During Class\u003Cbr\u003E\nOutside flotation devices or swimming aids are not permitted unless approved by the coach.\u003Cbr\u003E\nFood and drinks are not allowed in the pool area during class sessions.\u003Cbr\u003E\nParticipants must not bring hazardous, sharp, or inappropriate items into the activity or pool areas.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E7. Health \u0026amp; Hygiene\u003Cbr\u003E\nParticipants must be in good health and physically fit to take part in swimming activities.\u003Cbr\u003E\nParticipants who are unwell, have a contagious illness, open wounds, skin infections, fever, or any condition that may affect their safety or the safety of others will not be allowed to join the class.\u003Cbr\u003E\nParents or guardians are responsible for informing the coach in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements that may affect participation.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E8. Liability\u003Cbr\u003E\nParticipants join the program at their own risk, under the supervision of qualified coaches and lifeguards.\u003Cbr\u003E\nThe management shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from failure to follow rules, safety instructions, or staff guidance.\u003Cbr\u003E\nThe management reserves the right to deny participation or remove a participant from the program if these rules and regulations are not followed.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003E9.
